East Lake Woodlands Condo IV Residents,
This is a reminder that all Condo Maintenance dues are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late if not paid by the 10th of the month.
Please note the following:
* A $25 late fee will be assessed to your ledger for payments received after the 10th.
* Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days will receive a delinquency notice.
* Accounts unpaid for 60 days will be referred to the Association’s attorney for collection.
